Stephen Deller
Centre Manager

Stephen leads the day-to-day operations and strategic development of OVIC, working closely with occupiers to ensure they have the space resources and support to grow. He brings a genuine passion for enterprise and regional economic development to everything he does at the centre.
Michael Gordeev
Business Growth Manager

With 14 years of experience at Fortune 100 companies and six years running his own consultancy, Michael provides practical commercially grounded business support to every OVIC occupier. He is always happy to talk strategy, funding, marketing or growth.
