Solent Business & Skills – Drop in Session

Solent Business & Skills Solutions is a free service that helps businesses grow in the Southampton area. Common areas of support include but are not limited to:

• Business Support – including access to grants and funding, marketing support all the way through to finance and HR.
• Apprenticeships and Skills – conducting a skills gap analysis to determine the best route for the business – this may be for a new hire or to train existing staff. We can also link businesses with college’s or universities in the area.
• Free workshops – these range throughout the year and most change due to what we hear businesses are struggling with at this time. One area we run regular workshops are our Net Zero courses, which help businesses get a Net Zero plan in place – key to staying on larger companies supply lists and tendering for new business!
